Bulk Order & Reseller Policy

Ordering a little extra can be a great way to make sure you’re stocked up while also eliminating unnecessary shipments and reducing your carbon footprint. Here are a few things to keep in mind when placing a bulk order.

Hive considers an order over 12 units of a product a bulk order and the following conditions apply:

  • We reserve the right to limit the quantity of individual products purchased. You’ll see a maximum noted on the product’s page. Once you hit that quantity, you won’t be able to add more to your cart.
  • We will not accept responsibility for any quality concerns reported more than 1 week after the delivery date. You will be asked to provide photographs of the shipping box, packaging, and products to aid in our investigation.
  • If you are ordering large quantities for your business or other official purpose, we are glad to review your sales tax exemption. Please send us your verification and we’ll update your account! (You must create an account before we can apply the tax exemption).
  • Since most of our products are consumable, we have limitations around returns and refunds. Make sure to review our Return Policy and Best By Date guidelines prior to placing an order. If you’ve never tried something before, we strongly encourage you to test it out before ordering in bulk.
  • If you’re placing a Member order and setting up automatic shipments, review our Subscription Policy  and FAQs.

If you have any questions or special requests, please, reach out to us at hi@hivebrands.com. We’ll do our best to accommodate you!

Please note that Hive is not a wholesale business and we do not intend to offer products for additional resale, whether on your own website or third party sellers such as Amazon Marketplace or EBay. Any such purchases from Hive are considered unauthorized by the product’s manufacturer and Hive.
