When you purchase a subscription you'll receive repeat deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency that you select during the checkout process using our Subscribe and Save feature.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries on the processing date you set for your subscription.
We’ll always pass along savings to customers however possible. Prices may fluctuate however your 10% subscription savings remains constant. When price changes occur, they will be updated on the applicable subscription items. 10% subscribe and save discounts will be applied to the current Hive price for the item. Any subscription items added during a sale will return to the normal retail price once the sale has ended.
If there is an inability to process the subscription in full due to payment processing or inventory limitations, you’ll receive communication through email to notify you and allow for the opportunity to update your subscription. We will attempt to reprocess your subscription intermittently for up to 24 days before deactivating it. If the subscription is being held due to an out of stock item, we will hold the order for 72 hours to allow for customer initiated changes. If no action is taken, we will then ship the remainder of the order without the unavailable items.
If you want to cancel or change your subscription, you can do it at any time. Changes made to subscriptions will reflect on future orders. Orders that are already in progress will not be impacted by changes made to the subscription so it’s important to make any desired changes at least 1 day before the order processing date set.
Subscriptions can easily be managed directly through your Hive account. To make changes, sign in to your Hive account and select “Manage Subscriptions.” From there, you can edit or cancel your recurring subscriptions.
