Refund policy

If something doesn’t work you can return it within 30 days of delivery. However, because of the types of products we carry, we cannot accept returns on the following items to ensure safety and quality.

  • Food (including pet)
  • Vitamins/Supplements
  • Personal Care products

Basically, anything that goes on or in your body (or pet)

We can accept returns on the following: Hard goods like water bottles, containers, and sponges. Please note, all discounted product sales are final.

Products need to be unopened and in the original packaging. If you need to make a return, you will need to pay for return shipping. We make it easy by allowing you to select your own return method.
