Why We Love It

A harmonious balance of sweet and tart, this unique jam makes the perfect topper for desserts with fresh whipped cream, especially on a shortcake. The tea blend of green tea, white tea, and jasmine flowers gives it an aromatic quality while the cherries from Door Country, Wisconsin bring even more personality to every spoonful and spread. It's a must-have for afternoon tea or Sunday brunch.

How it does good

A move away from mass produced jams and preserves, every jar and bottle from Quince & Apple is handcrafted in their kitchen. Their close-knit team peels, cores, and cuts their own fruit, and fills and lids every small batch by hand. Even as the company continues to grow, Quince & Apple is committed to their process and doesn't plan to outsource their production. They believe that keeping everything in-house ensures not only the best quality goods, but ensures good jobs for their team.

How to Use

Pair with your favorite creamy, blue cheese or soft rind cheese.

Recycling

Good news! Once rinsed and separated, the glass jar and metal lid are curbside recyclable.

These are general guidelines for broadly-recyclable materials. Check with your local recycler to confirm what they take.

Great Product great Service

I used to be able to buy the Fig and Black Tea Jam at my local grocery store but they no longer carry it. So I searched online I found it at Amazon and also Hive Brands. I was surprised to find that Hive Brands had the better price and free shipping if I bought a certain amount. So I found other products to try, which all were good. Amazon is not always your best deal! Yea! Go Hive Brands!

Cheery Cherries

This is exactly the jam I have wanted but could never find!! I do not sense a tartness, but I love it anyway, especially when paired with a sharp cheese.

preserves

It was too runny to stay on toast, but tasted very good.
