First, they're soaked in a filtered water brine, then they're "activated" as they complete the germination process. Finally, they're air-dried at a low temperature to preserve nutrients and flavor. And the effort really pays off. These almonds are fresh, crunchy, and super versatile for any kind of dish. Use as a topping for salads, or make your own sprouted granola.
