Giveaway Terms and Conditions
Love Grown Coffee and Cold Brew Tumbler Giveaway
Eligibility:
Who can enter: This giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
Who cannot enter: Employees of Hive Brands, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate.
Giveaway Period:
Start Date and Time: The giveaway begins on March 9, 2025.
End Date and Time: The giveaway ends at 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on March 16, 2025.
How to Enter:
Participants can receive multiple entries by completing the following actions:
- One (1) entry for signing up for texts on hivebrands.com.
- One (1) entry for following @Hivebrandsofficial on Instagram.
- One (1) entry for following @lovegrown on Instagram.
- One (1) entry for liking the giveaway post on Instagram or Meta.
- One (1) entry for each friend tagged in the comments of the giveaway post on Instagram.
Entry Limits: There is no limit to the number of friends a participant can tag for entry.
Prize(s):
Description: The prize is two (2) cold brew tumblers and two (2) bags of Love Grown coffee of the winner's choice, approximate retail value (ARV) of $80.
Prize Conditions: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The winner's choice of tumblers and Love Grown coffee is subject to availability. Hive Brands reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. Prize color or coffee flavor may vary depending on availability.
Winner Selection and Notification:
Selection Method: Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries.
Number of Winners: One (1) winner will be selected.
Notification Method: Winner(s) will be contacted via method of entry (eg. text, email, or direct message) on March 17, 2025.
Winner Response Time: Winner(s) may be required to respond within 48 hours of the announcement to claim their prize(s). If a winner does not respond within the specified time, a new winner may be selected.
Prize Claim and Delivery:
How to Claim: Winner(s) will be required to provide their shipping information via Instagram direct message to claim their prize.
Delivery Information: Prize(s) will be shipped to the winner(s) within one (1) week of receiving their shipping information.
Shipping Costs: Hive Brands will be responsible for shipping costs.
Delivery Restrictions: Prize(s) will only be shipped to addresses within the United States.
Publicity:
Consent to Use Information: By entering the giveaway, participants consent to Hive Brands' use of their name, likeness, social media handle, and entry for promotional purposes without further notice or compensation.
Release and Limitations of Liability:
Liability Release: By participating in this giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Instagram and Hive Brands, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, loss, or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with their participation in this giveaway or their receipt or use of any prize.

General Terms:
Modification or Termination: Hive Brands reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway at any time without prior notice for any reason, including but not limited to technical difficulties, fraud, or circumstances beyond its control.
Governing Law: This giveaway is governed by the laws of New Jersey.
Official Rules: By participating in this giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Hive Brands, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this giveaway.
