I've been using Vital Farms collage for years but very recently made the switch to this brand. I love that it's comprised of the many forms of collagen. Though it may be too soon to tell, I honestly think I notice a difference in my hair already! Dissolves well into my morning hot coffee and is flavorless. Love it and will continue to buy! I truly just wish it came in something other than hard plastic :(
