We swore there was nothing better than sweet, earthy balsamic vinegar. Then we found this version, blended with syrupy, honey-flavored figs. Now, we’re eating our words. And this vinegar, of course.

Though olive oil has been around for millennia, modern oil production isn't always great for the environment. Soil erosion, water scarcity, and the use of pesticides are just a few problems, not to mention the fact that most olive oil comes from Europe, which means it has to be transported elsewhere. Enter Enzo Olive Oil Company. For four generations, the Ricchiuti family has been farming in the San Joaquin Valley, which boasts an optimal climate for plants with Mediterranean origins. Enzo grows 100% of their olives and crafts all of their oils onsite. This limits the effects of transportation and allows them to guarantee environmental integrity. They avoid chemicals, use drip irrigation to cut down on water usage, and recycle water waste to help with soil erosion and dust.

I love this balsamic vinegar. Well worth the money!

Best balsamic out there
I adore this vinegar. Had it at a friend's house, and NEEDED to see a bottle sitting on my shelf. I also bought some for gifting. Happy in Sacramento,California!

Most delicious balsamic vinegar ever!
I just made a cooked kale salad with tomato and Persian cucumber, and I added a drizzle of the fig balsamic with a drizzle of olive oil. Fresh garlic and cracked pepper with lemon zest. This vinegar was so delicious and perfect with all the other flavors. I'm on the moon with happiness! I can see using this with fruit, on ice cream, and I will most surely enjoy the entire bottle while exploring all the taste combinations I can imagine. Thank you for making this product!
