The plant-based lifestyle can be kind to the planet, animals, and our bodies. There can't be a downside to that, right? If you've found that a vegan diet restricts you from eating the things you love (re: pancakes and waffles), we have good news. Kodiak Cakes makes a delectable mix with loads of plant protein. That means people with dietary restrictions can still enjoy their favorite breakfast without compromising.

Working with our planet, never against it
Kodiak Cakes isn’t interested in cutting corners when it comes to their ingredients. They partner with non-GMO farms because genetically-modified crops can have negative consequences that affect our environment and our bodies. Before they agree to source an ingredient, Kodiak ensures that the farm works with nature as an ally, not an adversary. They also partner with Recycle Utah to reduce environmental impact from landfill waste to energy usage to staff carbon footprints. By 2023, they will publish their “green goals,” a list of seven pledges they are making to our earth.

Learn MoreAbout the Brand
Kodiak Cakes
Kodiak Cakes began in 1982 when Penny Clark sent her 8-year-old son Joel into the neighborhood with a red wagon filled with paper bags of her father’s heirloom flapjack mix. He returned with an empty wagon and lifelong plans. Decades later, Joel launched booming pancake brand Kodiak Cakes. Though they've grown tremendously, they remain family-owned and still make each product as if they were crafting a homemade recipe to share with friends and neighbors. They're committed to keeping the great outdoors wild.

Delicious
Taste identical to regular pancakes and my wife can eat them. Sometimes I add a little dark cocoa powder and crushed chocolate chips.

Delicious
I’ve always like Kodiak cakes but since I’ve become vegan I wondered if I’d find a vegan pancake mix and low and behold. They. Were. Delicious!

Love it!
Excellent taste and more protein than traditional processed products.
