Not-so-great ingredients like potassium sorbate and sodium bisulfite are not allowed at Jojo's. Only all natural, non-GMO, and preservative-free srirachas here. Most of all, their culture is led by a love for farmers, and the craft and science of amazing food. Jojo's Sriracha's products do not contain ingredients on Hive's No Good, Dirty Rotten list of banned and watch list ingredients.
