Our flavored coffees are roasted with organic flavors, never anything artificial. And like all Hive Five Certified products, Love Grown Coffee is free from every ingredient on Hive’s No Good, Dirty Rotten list of banned and watch list ingredients.

Love Grown was founded in 2008 by two University of Denver students who believed cereal deserved better—made with simple ingredients, more protein and fiber, and less sugar. Their mission won over cereal-loving families nationwide.
But in 2023, rising costs nearly shut Love Grown down.
We at Hive couldn’t let that happen. We stepped in to keep these beloved cereals in your pantry—and now, we’re bringing that same commitment to coffee. No nonsense, just flavorful, single-origin coffee free from harmful toxins. Because coffee deserves to be Love Grown, too.

The first thing that hit me was the rich smell of these beans--wow! The second thing was the packaging: thick paper bag instead of plastic, and a zip closure built in makes it easy to open and keep fresh while still being responsible for the planet. The taste reminds me of coffee I've had from small coffeeshops all over New England--not the chain kind but the homegrown kind that work to find the best beans and provide just a simple cup of really good brew. What a great way to start my morning!
I'm almost exclusively a cold brew drinker, and have been seeking something that is more affordable than going to the coffee shop and free from toxins - because I drink a lot of coffee. I tried Love Grown because of their testing, but once I brewed my first batch of cold brew I fell in love. It's delicious! I pair it with Elmhurst and my morning is good to go.
I bought this for the "clean" and safe ingredients, but I LOVE the taste. So much better than the local coffee shop at a fraction of the price
