Their quality control starts in the ocean, with their careful choice of fish species that are low in toxins and high in omega-3 fats. All their omega-3 products are made exclusively from three types of non-endangered wild fish, caught in pristine waters. By choosing non-GMO products, they are reducing your exposure to toxic herbicides that GMO crops are bioengineered to be resistant to. Nordic Naturals' products do not contain ingredients on Hive's No Good, Dirty Rotten list of banned and watch list ingredients.
Their fish oils are sustainably made in a zero waste facility powered by biofuel. In California, Nordic Naturals' LEED Gold-certified HQ helps minimize their impact on the earth, while their plant in Arctic Norway is powered entirely by unused biofuel that's a byproduct of the fish oil manufacturing process.
