These vegetarian capsules deliver Vitamin D3 in the form of cholecalciferol (try saying that out loud), which is known to be the more easily absorbed and utilized form of Vitamin D. There's also a blend of Vitamin K and K2, to help with optimal calcium absorption and distribution. The final touch? They're gluten-, dairy-, and soy-free. Triple win.
