Beth’s Farm Kitchen
Beth’s Farm Kitchen was started by Beth Linskey, the author of a 1981 recipe book that still continues to be a customer favorite to this day. This company is rooted in supporting local farmers as well as connecting customers with Hudson Valley flavors. It strives to preserve the harvest in order to support the diversity and livelihoods of the people who work hard bringing us food everyday. Employees include immigrants, people of color, and those with a history of convictions.
