    Founder Krishna Kaliannan always ate chocolate puffs for breakfast as a kid. When he turned 17, he was diagnosed with T1 diabetes, meaning he would have to give up the sugery and empty-carb cereal.     Not Pleasant To The Taste

    It's hard to find good gluten free cereals. When I saw this, I thought finally a cereal with a graham taste. What I experienced was a mouthful of a chemical flavored flakes that was just awful. Clearly, it was one of the sweeteners, but I couldn't handle it and tossed the bag. Everyone has a different palate, and this is my experience.

    Ok substitute for real thing

    I love the actual flavor or this...and the fact it's keto...the texture leaves a bit to be desired- but it's not bad for what it is!!
