Cultivated by the Honduran Coffee Institute, our single-origin Parainema coffee is naturally resistant to coffee leaf rust—the world’s most destructive coffee plant disease—and grown without pesticides. Our flavored coffees are roasted with organic flavors, never anything artificial. And like all Hive Five Certified products, Love Grown Coffee is free from every ingredient on Hive’s No Good, Dirty Rotten list of banned and watch list ingredients.
Love Grown Coffee is crafted for superior purity—tested non-detect for mycotoxins and going far beyond Prop 65 standards for heavy metals. We source directly from a family-owned farm in the Honduran mountains, where farmers earn fair wages and are guaranteed stable employment. And for those who love decaf? We use the Swiss Water Process, removing caffeine naturally—without harsh chemicals.
Certified by the Compost Manufacturing Alliance, the single serve pods and wrappers are made with zero plastic and have passed lab and field testing verifying they are compostable in industrial facilities.
The farm these beans are sourced from use their proceeds to provide ongoing support to their small mountain community, such as donating school supplies and clothes, repairing the local school building and maintaining roads, and even providing an ambulance.

Love Grown was founded in 2008 by two University of Denver students who believed cereal deserved better—made with simple ingredients, more protein and fiber, and less sugar. Their mission won over cereal-loving families nationwide.
But in 2023, rising costs nearly shut Love Grown down.
We at Hive couldn’t let that happen. We stepped in to keep these beloved cereals in your pantry—and now, we’re bringing that same commitment to coffee. No nonsense, just flavorful, single-origin coffee free from harmful toxins. Because coffee deserves to be Love Grown, too.
