Mavuno Harvest

Mavuno Harvest looks out for the small family farms in sub-Saharan Africa while bringing organic dried fruits to you. While serving as a Peace Corps volunteer in a tiny village in Kenya called Miti Mingi, founder Phil Hughes wanted to find a way that provided jobs and economic opportunity for rural farmers and solved the issue of harvests that they don't sell. By drying fruits that would have otherwise gone to waste, Mavuno Harvest opens new markets, creates jobs for the local community, and extends the prosperity of the food supply.

Dry is correct!

Sadly, the product proved too dry for my dentistry to manage comfortably. (I have enjoyed every other aspect of the Hive experience, however.)
