Michael Pan, founder of Pan's Mushroom Jerky, came across a better, more sustainable beef alternative when visiting family in Borneo, Malaysia: Shiitake mushrooms. His family recipe for mushroom jerky keeps the texture and taste profile of a standard beef jerky, but without using any meat at all. The mushroom jerky itself contains vitamins, fiber, and antioxidants while producing fewer carbon emissions.

Wow these are so amazing! This plant-based jerky is truly so flavorful and it has a great texture! The seasoning is perfectly done, and honestly this jerky is SO ADDICTING! The packaging is super easy to TerraCycle as well! :)

Tastes so good - and really great texture. Love the intense flavor and the dense chew - super awesome snack. Watch out - the entire bag could disappear, when it does I don't feel bad (pretty low in calories)
