How it does good
Around the world, an estimated 100 million girls experience period poverty. Launched as a force for change, Cora is on a mission to give every girl the right to experience her body the way it was intended by using a percentage of profits to provide pads and health education through their partners in India, Kenya, and the United States. And with period care products that are carefully made to radically reduce the amount of plastic and waste generated compared to competitors, Cora is making period care that you can trust to be good for your body and the planet.

Cora
Cora advocates for women’s health by empowering women around the world and making thoughtful period products made from organic materials. While traveling through developing countries working for women’s human rights, Founder Molly Hayward saw firsthand how menstruation negatively affects girls and women who are unable to afford period care. Many end up suffering from infections and health problems by resorting to unsanitary materials. Back in the U.S., she learned that menstrual products could contain synthetic materials and chemicals like pesticide residues. From then on, she knew she wanted to create a brand that would advocate for women's health around the world with products that re-imagine the period experience.
