How to use
To begin using, remove the pitcher lid and take out the filter bag. Soak your filter for 15 minutes, then rinse it 2-3 times with fresh water, insert it into the bottom of the pitcher reservoir basin, snap it into place, and replace the lid.

United StatesWorst water filter ever.
Within one month the lid started growing mold under the seal. Could not be removed. Called company who told me the had a few calls. Probably the well water. I have city water which has been filtered many times as I have been told by West Bloomfield. So pitched a really expensive useless plastic bottle. Very disappointed.
