Stella & Chewy's is committed to transparency in their ingredient use and quality. They will provide you with the certificate of analysis for all of their food, as well as a list of all the ingredients and where it is typically sourced from. Their proteins are always sourced from suppliers who believe in the humane treatment of their animals and are always grass-fed, cage-free, wild-caught or farm-raised and free from added antibiotics or hormones. Stella & Chewy's' products do not contain ingredients on Hive's No Good, Dirty Rotten list of banned and watch list ingredients.
Stella & Chewy's uses high pressure processing to keep their raw food pathogen free. This all-natural process helps to eliminate pathogens while protecting nutrients. They are accredited by the Pet Sustainability Coalition and assess themselves annually against the 17 Sustainable Development Goals established by the UN.
Through their Journey Home Fund, Stella & Chewy's works to raise awareness about the joys of older pet adoption and donate meals to help support shelters and rescues across the country who share their mission. Journey Home Fund also serves to support a group of 501c3 non-profit organizations that share our commitment to the health and well-being of cats and dogs. Through this partnership, they provide food donations, social media support, adoptable senior pet features, and partnership signage.
