Throat feeling a little scratchy? Soothe your pipes with this tea, formulated with licorice root and slippery elm to support throat health.

Whether you talk all day for work or just feel a little scratchiness coming on, this tea has your back. Both licorice and slippery elm are known to help soothe hoarse throats. The combo together tastes sweet and silky, with a distinct licorice taste. Traditional Medicinals sources their slippery elm domestically, where families collect the bark by hand to protect the trees for future generations. That's a lot of care in one cup.

How it does good

While any hot tea can make you feel cozy, the crew behind Traditional Medicinals believe that the right blend can bring you all kinds of benefits. They're passionate about using plants for wellness, sourcing quality herbs and plants that meet their high standards. Through careful herbal combinations and rigorous testing, they raise the bar for wellness teas everywhere.

How to Use

Pour 8 ounces of freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag. Cover and steep for 10-15 minutes. Add a little honey for extra sweetness.

Recycling

Recycle the outer box in a curbside bin. Compost the tea bags at home or an industrial facility (www.findacomposter.com). The wrappers should be thrown away for now, but Traditional Medicinals is working on compostable alternatives.

These are general guidelines for broadly-recyclable materials. Check with your local recycler to confirm what they take.
