The oil is carefully rendered in specialized light-free, oxygen-free vessels to preserve its freshness and delicate Omega-3 EPA and DHA fatty acids. All Wiley's Finest products, including their vegan Algarithm® Algal Oil and Ahiflower® Seed Oils, are free from GMOs, hexane, artificial flavors and artificial colors. Wiley's Finest's products do not contain ingredients on Hive's No Good, Dirty Rotten list of banned and watch list ingredients.
At their Safe Quality Food (SQF) certified manufacturing facility, Wiley's molecularly distills their fish oil, removing any PCBs, pesticides, or mercury, if present, and then slow-filters the oil through activated charcoal to remove other potential pollutants, such as furans, dioxins, or arsenic. Every batch is tested for Heavy Metals, PCBs, dioxins, Furans, and Dioxin-like PCBs to comply with California Proposition 65 limits. They also comply with the very strict standards of the US/EU Pharmacopeia and the voluntary monograph of the Global Organization for EPA and DHA (GOED).
To eliminate the risk of exposure to BPA, Wiley's Finest products are packaged in recyclable glass bottles. Their carton-free packaging avoids unnecessary paper waste.
