How it does good
Keeping soaps clean since 1996
We use soaps and cleansers to wash our bodies, but that doesn’t mean they’re inherently clean. Many ingredients lists include non-renewable petrochemicals and carcinogens, which can do serious harm to our environment when they're disposed of. Non-chemical resources, like palm oil, also cause problems when irresponsible harvesting leads to deforestation. With all this in mind, Zum set out to create a new kind of line. In their Kansas City-based factory, they're cooking up cruelty-free, vegetarian cosmetics using natural, custom-blended oils, minerals, and milks. You’ll never find parabens or phthalates in their stuff. They're dedicated to sustainably sourced bath and body products with short supply chains and ingredients that keep your body and the earth clean.
Zum uses high-quality, plant-based ingredients, sourced in smaller, eco-friendly batches. They trade synthetics and sulfates, and the equally harmful chemicals sometimes used to replace them, for pure, organic ingredients grown, made, and milked naturally.Learn More
supporting key causes
In line with their commitment to eco-friendly products tested on team members, not animals, Zum donates a portion of proceeds to a Kansas City animal rescue. They also support the healing and empowerment of breast cancer survivors with donations to local organizations.Learn More
low carbon footprint
By eliminating toxic preservatives and emulsifiers, they prevent harmful ingredients moving from our drains into our water supplies, where they can affect aquatic life and even end up in our soil and livestock after evaporation.Learn More

Love it! I will be buying more
I don’t know what to put here?
Product was great. Shipping not so much due to the product leaking but it was salvageable and I obviously wasn’t upset enough to do anything about it. Was not a huge deal and I’m very understanding. I probably should of just picked it up at the store or something. But thank you for the great product none the less
Patchouli Room and Body Mist
Its a great idea and not too heavy of a scent. But to me, it seems stale. Not a fresh patchouli smell.
