Why we love it

This moisturizer oil will do the trick without any petroleum, mineral oil, parabens, or artificial fragrance.
How it does good
Effective herbal care with motherhood and Mother Earth in mind
Women at every stage of the motherhood journey need care and support. That's why Earth Mama Organics has developed effective herbal care and non-toxic formulas for personal care. They combine traditional herbal wisdom from generations past with effective medical recommendations, non-GMO ingredients, and organic options whenever possible. They've also taken up the cause of raising awareness about label-reading, the effects of toxins on the body, and advocating for serious straight talk about what women experience during pregnancy and the postpartum period.
responsible sourcingEarth Mama Organics has their commitment right in the name. Organic ingredients and non-toxic formulas.

They do their part to support their community by aligning with groups that share their mission to support and empower women through the entire motherhood journey. Some groups they work with include Northwest Mother's Milk Bank and Healing Touch. They've also made donations to health care workers and natural disaster relief funds.
low carbon footprintThey're using upcycled, unprinted newsprint for their shipping filler instead of bubble wrap. They also upcycle their corragate boxes and work in a paperless office.
I use the oil after baths instead of cream for moisturizer.
This stuff has been magic for my little one's skin! I'e been using it mixed with the EMO unscented castile soap and distilled water as a wipe solution (I used the DIY recipe on the EMO website) and it instantly cleared up the irritation baby got from the 'sensitive' commercial wipes supplied at the hospital. Also, when she got a little heat rash on her cheeks I used the wipes on her face and it was gone in a day or two as well!
I used this for my one year olds cheeks when she got a spit rash and it helped clear it up very quickly! Im excited to use it on our new little babe when she arrives in January! I know it will help her hold in moisture as she is welcome in the cold winter!
I was given a tip by another mom to use baby oil instead of lotion so since I was loving Earth Mama diaper and ****** cream, I gave this a whirl. I love everything about this oil. It has no strong synthetic fragrance, it rubs into my babies skin easily and it keeps my baby's skin soft for several days between baths. I love being able to bond with my baby through massage and this works beautifully. It's not greasy and just feels great. The only negative thing I will say about this oil is thay my dog loves the taste of it. Which is why I'm on my 2nd bottle!
I use this on my baby but I also use it for my over washed dry hands! It is not too "oily" and hydrates my skin wonderfully! I have bought this a few times and would definitely recommend it to other mamas!
