A nod to the humble beginnings of Seven Sundays, this Farmers Market Mix is the perfect combo of sweet and nutty. It's packed with organic oats, buckwheat, sorghum, and sun-ripened fruit and nuts. Even better, it's 100% plant-based, whole grain, and gluten-free—without the added sugars. You know it's good when you can trust the taste and the ingredients.

How it does good
Creating a better breakfast from the ground up
Seven Sundays is on a journey to do better every day. For them, that means working in harmony with nature and helping improve the health of the soil, farmers, consumers, and planet. Their cereal is made with Midwest-grown, upcycled sunflower protein sourced from local regenerative organic farmers. A proud B Corporation, Seven Sundays meets the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability to balance profit and purpose.
Seven Sundays is part of 1% For the Planet, a global movement inspiring businesses and individuals to support environmental solutions. They're also members and sit on the board of a local non-profit, Renewing the Countryside. Seven Sundays also donates to Everymeal, a local childhood hunger organization, and have made several one-time donations to local food banks and social justice initiatives.
Learn MoreSeven Sundays purchases farm-direct buckwheat, flax, sunflowers, maple syrup, and honey from local farmers. Their fruits and nuts are sourced from the greater Midwest or the West Coast, but they work directly with the producers so they understand how it's all grown and processed. In partnership with Oatly, Grain Millers, Practical Farmers of Iowa and Sustainable Food Lab, Seven Sundays is also contracting with farmers for transitional and organic oats grown in the corn belt.
Learn MoreFood waste at Seven Sundays's co-packing facilities is collected by local farmers for animal feed.

About the Brand
Seven Sundays
After falling in love with muesli and its intentional ingredients on their New Zealand honeymoon, Hannah and Brady Barnstable started Seven Sundays with one mission: clean up the cereal aisle. They believe the way we start our day matters, and when we eat well in the mornings, we rise and shine for the rest of the world. Over the past ten years, Seven Sundays has grown exponentially but remains the same small business with a big heart. Every cereal and mix is made to inspire others to live more simply and deliberately.
Shop BrandHow to use
Warm it up. Eat it cold. Either way, you can use it as a topping to your favorite yogurt or eat it by itself (it's that good).

Healthy
tasty

Great grain free option!
I am loving the Seven Sundays cereals/muesli! I have searched for years for something that tasted good and was not completely unreasonable in price. I love mixing this muesli in with almond milk yogurt and some fresh fruit but I have also eaten it plain with just some non dairy milk. Would definitely buy again.
