How it does good
It's no secret that the modern food system is broken. Ditching the factory farm system, Singing Pastures is committed to regenerative agriculture on their family farms. They raise their pigs outdoors on grass where they're free to wallow, frolic, and express their pigginess. They feed their pigs with non-GMO supplemental feed rather than conventional GMO feed (all pigs get some supplemental feed, it's not possible to raise a pig only on grass). And rather than keeping them in one pasture for the season, Singing Pastures mimics nature by moving them every few days. This pasture movement improves the land in the process. Thanks to piggy waste, plants are fed which leads to richer topsoil and healthier grasslands.

Singing Pastures
Singing Pastures is committed to creating healthy, delicious food in partnership with the planet. Their name comes straight from nature—the constant song of activity from animals that call the farm home.
Founders and farmers John and Holly Arbuckle started Singing Pastures to return to raising animals like our ancestors, on green grass without growth stimulants, antibiotics, and GMOs. Singing Pastures continues to practice regenerative agriculture to improve soil—the foundation for clean water, abundant wildlife, and a greener planet.
