Whether your pup has a sensitive stomach or can eat anything in sight, these cod crisps are their snack of choice. That's probably because they're human-grade, sort of like that table food they beg for. The Honest Kitchen only uses two ingredients for their crisps: Icelandic cod and juicy blueberries. They're a high protein, grain-free snack with a boost of antioxidants. That's a pet parenting win.

If the planet is your top consideration, then consider Honest Kitchen the “one.” They source locally whenever possible and ensure that all suppliers meet the strictest sustainability standards.

The bag is recyclable through TerraCycle by following our special instructions.
These are general guidelines for broadly-recyclable materials. Check with your local recycler to confirm what they take.

How it does good

Where people-grade pet food meets planet-friendly sourcing

The Honest Kitchen is the first of their kind. They introduced human-grade pet food way back when (in 2002). But the folks at Honest Kitchen don’t stop working towards better pet food. They continue to improve not only their formula’s taste and ingredients, but their impact on the earth. So, how do they do this? It’s all about their supply chain. The Honest Kitchen only works with suppliers who meet strict safety and sustainability standards. Every bag of food is 100% human-grade, non-GMO, free from chemicals and preservatives, and fair-trade whenever possible.

The Honest Kitchen

In 2002, The Honest Kitchen revolutionized pet food with a new standard, ‘human grade’ with higher quality ingredients and more safety standards, just like you‘d expect in your own food. Founded by Lucy Postins, they’re on a mission to help as many pets as possible thrive in good health through good food. Never compromising quality and their safety standards, The Honest Kitchen only sources from folks they know and trust, including a few they started with in their early years.

Smelly but Yummy

Well I personally think they smell as you would imagine they would, very Cod like, buy my pooches think that everything about them is delightful and in the end what I think does not matter as long as they are happy. And boy are they happy!!! I will have to just deal with fish breath. I would definitely order again and again. Two wagging tails.

My Dog’s Favorite Treat

My pup absolutely loves his fishy treats. He goes crazy for these and even rips the bag out of my hands.

Dog Loves Them

My dog has a very sensitive stomach and it is hard to find treats that don’t make him sick. He loves these. They are pretty big, so we break them up into smaller pieces.
