Tia Lupita sources their nopales cactus from impoverished communities in Mexico, providing them with more opportunities. The whole cactus gets used, both as a source of food and fuel.

They've joined forces with Renewal Mill, who makes upcycled okara flour, to make delicious, grain-free tortillas. By using upcycled ingredients, they can help reduce their food supply carbon footprint by 40%.

Too hot
Ouch and no. Burned my mouth and taste was bad. I tossed it. A waste of money.

Wonderful Salsa Verde Sauce
Absolutely, delicious, home made tomatillo sauce, I loved it. I hope to purchase it again. This sauce is down home goodness. It is not salty or fatty, just the goodness of tomatillos.

Hot Stuff
Very, very good…. though we would love it to be even spicier!!?
