Zesty Thai Mushroom Jerky
This zesty mushroom jerky became an instant favorite for our Head of Sustainability, Jamie. He's been known to sing its praises, saying, "I can be particular when it comes to food texture, but Pan's is no dried-out mushroom. It's perfectly seasoned, and has a quite pleasing, almost meaty texture. 10/10—I found my new snack food."

Putting the FUN in fungi
Hey there, Hive - Jamie here from the Sustainability team! I am a notorious snacker, but have traditionally not been a huge jerky fan. What a pleasant surprise I had when I first sampled Pan's Mushroom Jerky! The texture is amazingly satisfying, I would venture to say even for those who don't like mushrooms. A hearty snack, packed full of flavor, that provides a great, eco-friendly alternative to meat-based foods. Zesty Thai is now a staple item in my backpack for every hike!

I get the hype
As a meat-leaning omnivore, it took me a few jerky strips to get used to the meatless jerky situation but I get the hype now. Worth a try!
It was o.k., but I don't think I'd buy it again. One serving is only 1/2 package which is not very much to eat. So, I ate the whole package. Anyhow, I thought dried mushrooms would be a low calorie snack, but at 230 calories with 11 grams of sugar and 15 grams of fat per package, I'd rather eat something else.
Not bad. A lot better tasting than expected.
