Mother Nature added peels on fruit for a reason: they store tons of vitamins, fiber, and micronutrients and are often thrown away. RIND was created to fix this mistake that people are making and introduce eating the outside, and arguably more important part, of the fruit. This allows a reduction in annual food waste as well.
