This is no simple shampoo: Alaffia's Curl Enhance Shampoo gently cleanses, soothes, and strengthens your hair and scalp—without stripping it of its natural oils. With every use of this, you're one wash closer to maximum wave and curl enhancement and retention. It's made with Certified Fair Trade unrefined shea butter from West Africa and chamomile and yarrow botanical extracts.
Matricaria recutita (Chamomile) Aqueous Extract, Achillea millefolium (Yarrow) Aqueous Extract, Saponified Butyrospermum parkii (Shea) Butter and Cocos nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Decyl Glucoside, Fragrance*, Magnesium Sulfate. *Natural Fragrance, a blend of extracts, essential oils and other natural ingredients.

Lather onto wet hair and scalp, then rinse and repeat.

The plastic bottle is curbside recyclable, and the pump top is recyclable through TerraCycle by following our special instructions.

Alaffia started with Olowo-n'djo Tchala and Prairie Rose Hyde and their deep sense of responsibility and love for humankind. Their women's cooperatives in West Africa handcraft indigenous raw ingredients which the Alaffia team in Olympus, Washington uses to create the finished products using traditional African recipes and methods.
