This liquid iron supplement delivers 27 mg iron per saving (with 22 servings per bottle!) to support healthy energy levels and smooth digestion. We know liquid supplements can have a not-so-pleasant taste, but MegaFood flavored this with real tart cherry and fruit juice concentrates for a unique fruit flavor. It's safe for teenage girls, athletes, recent blood donors, and vegetarians—anyone at risk of being low in iron.

Ingredients

Vitamin B12 (as cyanocobalamin) 10 mcg, Iron (as fermented iron bisglycinate) 27 mg. Other Ingredients: Organic glycerin, water, apple juice concentrate, pear juice concentrate (Pyrus sp.), tart cherry juice concentrate, natural flavors, beetroot juice concentrate, citrus peel extract (to preserve freshness)

How to Use

Take 2 teaspoons daily.

Recycle the outer box and plastic bottle in a curbside bin. The plastic cap and dose cup can be recycled through TerraCycle by following our special instructions.
