These doctor-formulated magnesium chews feature a combo of citrate and malate, which are forms of magnesium known to be gentle and effective. Each serving of 2 chews delivers 250mg of magnesium, an essential mineral that supports the heart, nervous system, and muscles. The chews are made without high-fructose corn syrup or gelatin, and they're also gluten-free.

Ingredients

Magnesium (as magnesium citrate & magnesium malate) 250 mg, Other Ingredients: Organic rice syrup, organic raw cane sugar, inulin, palm oil, natural flavors, sunflower lecithin, citric acid, fruit and vegetable juice for color, glycerin, rosemary leaf extract (to preserve freshness).
