This iron supplement is designed for menstruating people, teenagers, pregnant people, vegans, vegetarians, athletes, recent blood donors... basically, anyone who's at an increased risk of being low in iron. It's gentle enough to be taken any time of the day, even on an empty stomach. It comes with folic acid and B12 to support red blood cell production, and it also includes real food like organic oranges (for Vitamin C, which is known to help with absorption).

How to Use

Take 1 tablet daily with a beverage, at any time of the day.
