Hot sauce without any weird ingredients? We’re sold. Made with fermented red chili peppers grown locally near Jojo’s Sriracha’s kitchen in Pueblo, Colorado, it’s a worthy contender for its sugar-filled competitors. Every taste is a full body experience provided by a vinegary punch with tingling heat from the fermented chilis. You won’t believe it only contains five ingredients. We don’t know about you but we’re carrying some in a travel-sized bottle in our bag. Spice level: Medium.

Jojo’s Sriracha supports small, local farmers with their small batch, craft srirachas. And they’re actively working to create a more equitable food system through the Pueblo Food Project.

The glass jar and metal lid, once separated and rinsed, are curbside recyclable.

Hot sauce is love

Hot sauce is life. But many contain way more sugar than anyone should be consuming in a single day. Thanks to years of experimentation and fine-tuning of flavors, Jojo’s Sriracha is saving the day with simple ingredient srirachas made with wild fermentated chilis. Not-so-great ingredients like potassium sorbate and sodium bisulfite are not allowed at Jojo’s. Only all natural, non-GMO, and preservative-free srirachas here. Most of all, their culture is led by a love for farmers, and the craft and science of amazing food.
