This scent is inspired by the Carrizo Plain, which boasts over 750 square miles of grasslands. When conditions are right, the grasslands erupt in super blooms, painting the valley in yellows, blues, and purples that even Bob Ross would marvel at.

This biodegradable, plant-based body wash uses aloe vera, shea butter and olive oil to soften your skin while it cleanses. Meadow Vision features top notes of field mint, California Sagebrush and Pink Peppercorn; middle notes of wildflower accord and purple sage; and base notes of honeyed grassland, Riparian soil and herbal scrub.

Every ingredient sourced is certified authentic by the supplier before Bathing Culture accepts an order, so you can trust the ingredient list. They're also verified to be safe for aquatic ecosystems, able to readily decompose, and safe for outdoor use Bathing Culture's products do not contain ingredients on Hive's No Good, Dirty Rotten list of banned and watch list ingredients.

Responsible Production

Bathing Culture's soap products are certified by Leaping Bunny, which confirms that they are cruelty free and were never tested on animals. Bathing Culture tests their products for allergens and their supplies test for heavy metals, pesticide residues, and mycotoxins.

How it does good

Bathing Culture's mission is to spread joy through bathing with minimal effects on the planet's waterways, soil, and climate. Their products feature biodegradable, plant-powered formulas and recycled, refillable packaging. They further minimize their climate impact by planting trees, and they give back to the community by supporting the right to clean water for all.

How to Use

Get dirty (we don't need to know the details) and pump a small dab on your palm or favorite bathing tool. The body wash is 80x concentrated, so a little goes a long way. Lather up, scrub, revel in the scent. Please note this product does contain contains a soy-based glycerin. Even biodegradable soaps shouldn’t be used directly in waterways.

Recycling

Recycle the bottles and outer box in a curbside recycling bin. The plastic cap and pump top are recyclable through TerraCycle by following our special instructions.

These are general guidelines for broadly-recyclable materials. Check with your local recycler to confirm what they take.

Bathing Culture

Tim Hollinger and Spencer Arnold think that the act of bathing should be celebrated, especially when you use products crafted with the radical belief that they can be good for you and the planet. Tim and Spencer spend their spare time exploring Northern California's forest (and getting pretty dirty while doing so). Conventional personal care products that don't work and pollute waterways simply didn't cut it, so they created a brand to spread joy and peace through bath products that minimally impact waterways, soil and climate. Their products are plant-forward, recyclable, refillable and inspired by the wildlands of California.
