This beef bone broth wasn't made by any old dinosaur. It was crafted by a chef with decades of kitchen know-how using the finest ingredients from local organic ranches.

A seasoned cook will tell you that the secret to those "wow" dishes is using a quality broth. This beef broth uses bones from cows that ate grass and roamed their pasture freely. Happy cows make a better broth, so you better believe Bare Bones is going to elevate your meals. Word to the wise: it's also delicious by itself. Bone broth is a nutrient powerhouse with loads of vitamins and minerals like calcium, magnesium, and collagen. Plus, by sipping Bare Bones, you're helping to combat food waste in America. We're not seeing any downsides here.

How it does good

Bare Bones was founded by a chef with two goals: eat healthier and combat food waste. When he noticed how many bones get tossed in the trash each day, he knew he had his in. Bare Bones creates their nourishing stocks using thousands of pounds of discarded bones from organic farms. Rather than cooking with a gas fire, they cook with steam, a source that uses less energy. They've also found a way to create shelf stable broths without preservatives, so they never have to be refrigerated. These simple swaps and turning "trash" into treasure can inspire us all to pitch in for our planet.

Bare Bones

The founder of Bare Bones, Ryan Harvey, learned a lot about food during his time as a chef. But for him personally, his relationship with food has always been shaped by his focus on health. So when it came time to consider how to make the most basic parts of a meal better for our bodies, Ryan turned to making stock—a foundational ingredient in most cooking. Bare Bones was born to embody and honor the tradition of stock making while cutting absolutely no corners.
