Why We Love It

The day just starts better when foam comes out looking like clouds. A dairy alternative for your caffeinated and non-caffeinated creations, this barista-approved oat milk delivers in the foam and steam department, without any help from added oils, gums, or emulsifiers. You just can't beat a creamer contender made with simple plant-based ingredients.

  • Ingredient Integrity

Elmhurst's ingredients are vegan, non-GMO, gluten-free, and contain no artificial ingredients.
Their oats are certified Glyphosate Residue Free.
Elmhurst's unique HydroRelease™ production method eliminates the need for added gums or emulsifiers, resulting in products with a clean label of two to six ingredients.
Elmhurst 1925's products do not contain ingredients on Hive's No Good, Dirty Rotten list of banned and watch list ingredients.
  • Responsible Production

Providing superior nutrition with zero food waste, Elmhurst's HydroRelease™ production process uses all parts of the source grain, nut, or seed.
Because they remove the environmental impact of animal agriculture, greenhouse gases, and heavy land and water use, plant-based foods often have a lower carbon footprint.
  • Clean Packaging

Elmhurst's cartons are certified by the Forest Stewardship Council and are 100% curbside recyclable.
Their aseptic packaging method uses time, temperature, and hermetic sealing to create fully sterile beverages without any need for preservatives.
  • Leading Change

Their Mission Transition is rallying others to replace dairy and meat with plant-based alternatives.
  • Rave Worthy

Our team personally tests every product to make sure it’s good enough to end up in your home, not a landfill.

Elmhurst 1925

When the original Elmhurst Dairy closed its doors in Queens in 2016, Henry Schwartz moved his father’s company to Buffalo and reimagined it to embrace the future of milk: plant-based dairy. Using a game-changing process developed by food technologist Dr. Cheryl Mitchell, Elmhurt 1925 uses more of the source grain, nut, or seed, and the finished product is superior nutrition and flavor with fewer ingredients.

Great creamer

Like just the right sweetness. Try for minimal sugar with a faint flavor of sweet. This does it along with a creamy texture.

Oat Milk

It was OK, but I prefer the Unsweetened Oat Milk

If you are a fan of Oatly, this isn’t for you.

I was looking for a replacement to Oatly Barista edition, this Oatmilk falls short of reaching up to the quality of Oatly brand.

Love the simple ingredients

It doesn’t have an overpowering oat flavor. I like that. It’s good in coffee, hot chocolate, and to use in baking recipes.
