Why We Love It
It's pretty rare to see hazelnuts in your trail mix, and maybe that's because they're busy being literal perfection in spreads, cakes, flours, and, yes, milk. This plant-based alternative might not be a bakery confection, but you'll feel just as decadent watching it coat your glass or blanket your cereal. You'll be drinking this one &'til the cows come home. Metaphorically speaking.

Elmhurst 1925
When the original Elmhurst Dairy closed its doors in Queens in 2016, Henry Schwartz moved his father’s company to Buffalo and reimagined it to embrace the future of milk: plant-based dairy. Using a game-changing process developed by food technologist Dr. Cheryl Mitchell, Elmhurt 1925 uses more of the source grain, nut, or seed, and the finished product is superior nutrition and flavor with fewer ingredients.
I enjoy this product but it arrived damaged due to rough handling and the tops on the cartons are insufficient and come loose. Give did a great job of crediting me for the damage cartons I had to trash
I love this product and have purchased it for almost a year!
Love, love, love, this stuff.
Simple and no additives.
Great Milk ALTERNATIVE. LOVE IT!
