Elmhurst 1925
When the original Elmhurst Dairy closed its doors in Queens in 2016, Henry Schwartz moved his father’s company to Buffalo and reimagined it to embrace the future of milk: plant-based dairy. Using a game-changing process developed by food technologist Dr. Cheryl Mitchell, Elmhurt 1925 uses more of the source grain, nut, or seed, and the finished product is superior nutrition and flavor with fewer ingredients.
I'd tried the pistachio creamer in the past and wanted to give it one more shot. This time - WOW! I really liked it. It and the caramel macchiato are my faves of the flavored Elmhurst creamers. I just wish they came in the larger cartons!
