Why We Love It
Milk might not grow on trees, but cashews do. It's a good thing too, because we need them to get this unsweetened cashew milk. With five times more nuts per serving than other plant-based alternatives if you're looking for a versatile, drinkable milk that won't distract from other flavors, this is the one for you.

Elmhurst 1925
When the original Elmhurst Dairy closed its doors in Queens in 2016, Henry Schwartz moved his father’s company to Buffalo and reimagined it to embrace the future of milk: plant-based dairy. Using a game-changing process developed by food technologist Dr. Cheryl Mitchell, Elmhurt 1925 uses more of the source grain, nut, or seed, and the finished product is superior nutrition and flavor with fewer ingredients.
This product is creamier than other dairy alternative and is good in coffee, cereal, and the like.
What can I say, it was watery and much unlike the pasticcio milk I have enjoyed from this brand. Very expensive water and fully lacking flavor and yes I did shake it well.
While I have really enjoyed pasticcio and hazelnut in the past produced by this brand the cashew milk lacked all nut like flavor and I was left feeling like it was 90% water, expensive water.
