Apple cinnamon isn't just for pie. But you knew that. After all, it's a pretty classic oatmeal flavor. One of the greats, some might say. And if the rest aren't saying it yet, they will be after they try this gluten-free, single serve (in a recyclable sleeve) version. It's perfect for on the go or just "on the last clean bowl."

How it does good
A commitment to building a better business
Workers deserve a fair wage. It's a simple idea, but a central one for the folks at The GFB. Foundational to their business model is a promise to work with small batches, big kitchens, and a workforce local to those kitchens. By doing that, they've been able to ensure that their good tasting food does some good for people, too. They're so committed to equity for their employees that one of their primary objectives is to be an Employer of Choice. That means always paying above living wages, keeping executive pay to less than 4x base wages for any team member, an extremely strong PTO policy, team member counseling services, and company paid health insurance. Currently 100% of their employees earn above a living wage, and their entry, hourly wage is actually 20% above the living wage.
supporting key causes
The GFB uses a local workforce and specializes in providing opportunities to those with barriers to employment. For example, 40%+ of their work force are formerly incarcerated returning citizens. They also donate their products to food banks and non-profits, having a total of 25,000+ bars donated in 2019.Learn More
low carbon footprint
The folks at The GFB operate the only known zero waste food production facility in Michigan and have had a 91.1% diversion rate over the last 28 months.Learn More

About the Brand
The GFB was started by two brothers with two shared problems: they were gluten-intolerant, and they didn't like the gluten-free food options available. So they set out to change the way good-for-you foods taste. The GFB was born. But they didn't stop at creating great tasting, protein packed snacks. They also set out to change the world - or at least, their own little corner of it. The company is committed to good practices for all of the people they touch.Shop Brand

These are great for breakfast around a campfire.
What People Are Saying
- pop-up bowl package
Perfect for on-the-go
I love that you can make these right in the container they come in; makes for a great on-the-go. filling breakfast. (Or in my case, moving, and all dishes packed). I loved the texture, sweetness from the apples, and crunch. Not your typical oatmeal by any means.
Bought this for a backpacking trip. Would buy again.
Delicious, filling breakfast
This is really tasty! Personal preference, I needed to add more liquid than the marked line. Love the convenience of the pop-up bowl package. I keep these at work for "emergency" food. My three year old really enjoyed it, too
This is a good one here. I wish there was more in the container
Not worth the price I'm afraid. Delicious and filling though. And you can make and eat without a separate bowl - if that's what you are looking for.
