Cured Sumac: Sumac berries (Rhus coriaria), salt (salt content is 1% by weight, or about 0.5 grams per jar); Black Urfa Chili: Urfa Chili (Capsicum annuum), sunflower seed oil, salt (salt content is 1% by weight, or about 0.5 grams per jar); Purple Stripe Garlic: Garlic, ground (Allium sativum)

The glass jars and metal lids are curbside recyclable. The plastic sifters are recyclable through TerraCycle by following our special instructions.
