Is my membership *really* free?

Yes, basic membership is free. You’re automatically enrolled simply by building a monthly autoship box.

How do I activate my membership?

To get started, you need to create your first membership order - which is the foundation for your monthly autoship box. Simply shop the site and add the products you're most excited to try (or already love) using the "add to box" option on the product page. We recommend checking out Hive Team Picks to get started.

How will my autoship box work?

Your autoship box is completely flexible. We'll notify you 3 days before it is set to ship. You can skip, add, subtract and remove items as much as you'd like. Your order must be at least $35 to ship.

Can I place a one-off order outside of my Autoship box?

You can supplement your monthly autoship orders at any time by placing one-time orders. To do this, shop the site like you normally would and select “add to cart” on the product page instead of “add to my Autoship box.” Your discount will be automatically applied based on the total value of your order.

What's the paid membership?

For $60 a year (charged upfront), you get $120 in Hive Credit - that's $10 each month - in addition to all the great Free Membership benefits. Autoship credits are automatically applied to the total value of your monthly Autoship order and must be used in the month they are issued. They cannot be applied to one time or gift orders. Credits will be issued the first day of the month and automatically expire on the last day of the month.
